TOO MANY EV STATIONS
I’m fed up with the proliferation of EV charging stations. It’s like they’re multiplying faster than rabbits! First, they disrupt the aesthetics of our neighborhoods. These bulky metal contraptions sprout up in parking lots, near parks, and even on street corners, ruining the view. Second, they’re often out of order or malfunctioning, causing frustration for EV owners who rely on them. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve pulled up to a station, only to find it “temporarily unavailable.” And don’t get me started on the traffic congestion caused by people queuing up to charge their cars. It’s like rush hour at a gas station, but with electric cords instead of fuel pumps. Lastly, the sheer number of charging stations feels excessive. Do we really need one on every corner? It’s as if the powers-that-be are trying to force us all into electric vehicles, whether we like it or not. Well, I’ve had enough! Give me back my parking spaces and let’s focus on fixing our potholes instead!
