As part of MWRD's endeavor to provide superior service and educational opportunities to the communities we serve, MWRD is conducting a survey to better understand the level and quality of information available to the public, the general level of awareness and understanding, and where we can better serve and partner with other agencies to provide greater transparency and education. We understand the challenges that can arise when residents have a need and multiple possible agencies to contact and engage with in a large metropolitan area. This survey is a quick, easy way to help MWRD fill in the gaps.
