WIOA Can is an initiative with a clear message that reflects a broader strategy that the we are using to pursue bold and innovative actions to strengthen our workforce infrastructure. While we have been challenging the workforce system to innovate and empowering practitioners to do new things, we recognize that some of our programs and policies may be perpetuating systemic barriers. All levels of the workforce system – federal, state, and local, can take the requisite steps to address and remove those barriers. Doing so will position the workforce system to be a powerful tool for connecting under-resourced and underrepresented workers and communities to good jobs created by a generational investment in our nation.

Through this feedback page, we need your input to make this a robust place where we can share local, state examples of how workforce partners are leveraging the flexibilities of Workforce Innovation.
