How Do I Include My Comments on the Record?

If you speak at the hearing, your comments will be recorded. If you are unable to attend or uncomfortable speaking at the hearing but would like to include comments in the record, you may submit comments using this form and the Unitization Section will compile these comments for use in the hearing.
